An Important RetroPage Update

Retroity · July 5, 2017

Today is a big day for RetroPage, as I have 2 big updates to share about the future of RetroPage. I’m going to go through both individually.

1. RetroPage is now a part of Ravenger Gaming

As of today, RetroPage is now a project under Ravenger Gaming. I am one of the co-leaders/owners of Ravenger Gaming, so very little will be changing. RetroPage will still remain ad free and free of Google Analytics. RetroPage will also remain open-source and under the MIT License. I will also still be the one developing it. The only thing that is changing is that the github repository will soon be moved to RavengerGaming’s github organization, from the old one, github.com/RetroPage. The RetroPage github organization will also be retired.

2. Domain Name Change

RetroPage is moving off of it’s old address, retropage.github.io to a new, dedicated domain name, retropage.co, which I recently acquired. The move will occur in 10 days, on July 15th, 2017. After this move has completed, the old address will be turned into a redirect and will be retired. Hosting for RetroPage will be moved to Neocities. However, the repository will remain on Github. The move in Github repositories will not occur until this transition is completed.

Thank You for your support of RetroPage.
